Terrible Appraisal service. Appraised a home value that was much below market value. There were at least three offers, the first day of the home being on the market, that were 15-25k over the appraised value. This appraisal service is clearly not going off of what is the market value. Additionally, they would not take any feedback or change their appraisal after my realtor contacted them
After my husband passed, Mr. Morphey assisted us with the appraisal of 6 properties for the estate. The work was completed quickly & he took the time to explain the appraisal process and go over the sales data with me. I really appreciated that.
