If I could give 0 stars I would. This man Michael Vigil has blatantly lied to my lender, the third party, and myself. Weeks later and he never turned my appraisal in. He refuses to answer or return phone calls or emails from my lender. He's extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He will violate your home and space. What he does with the information at hand no one knows, but it's very scary to think of.
