Mortgage broker selected this company to perform the appraisal on my home for a refinance. They send an email with a couple numbers needed to download the appraisal from their website, but the website doesn't work; it says it cannot find the appraisal. If you reply to the email, it bounces. And if you call them and leave a message, they don't return your call (it's been 2 days).
