Terrible experience with BillLewis (owner of the supposed company). What was told for me to expect never happened. Appraisal was to be delivered in a few days (he said it was a slow time for him) and after 10 days of trying to reach him multiple times, with no response ( I let him know I was cancelling and using someone else). Then he comes back with the excuses, the report never went through, he was sick. Bill was upfront, honest, and finished our business early. We went back to him for follow up work, which he was happy to do. Again, he worked with integrity and produced our product on time. It was a pleasure working with him and he'll be the first one we call in the future.
We were very pleased with the very thorough job that Bill Lewis did on our home Appraisal Thank You Bill.
Very bad experience. Very large grumpy guy with a pomp attitude named Bill Lewis arrived at our property, made negative comments, made a mess inside the house and laughed about it mumbled some sort of negative comment about that too and the mess all over the floor as he tracked mud. He was only at the property and building for 8 minutes. It took him over a month to get the appraisal to the mortgage company.
