To say that this company is out of touch with reality, is an understatement. Dean Lacrosse did a commercial appraisal that terminated the sale of a property due to the lack of knowledge in commercial comps. He compared 15,000 sq ft of commercial space on a multiple acre lot with a newly paved 1-acre parking lot (also a corner lot on a major road) - to a few run-down pole barn/block buildings in the area that are not in the line of sight of any sort of traffic. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company to do anything for me in the future. They lowballed my appraisal in November 2020 but we just wanted the loan so we said nothing to them about it. There was a lot of simple things left out like our deck, square footage of the house (even had a copy of the blueprint) the laundry room just to name a few. Rocket mortgage used the same company and they sent the same appraisal person and all they did was copy and pasted everything that the last appraise had on it. I gave the person an up... read more
