Tim appraised my home for a refinance 6 months after my initial appraisal and purchase. His report indicated my home lost 7% of the value in a 6 month period, while also repeatedly stating home values in my town are not declining. Tim's appraisal company was an affiliated party of the mortgage brokerage firm, making this even more questionable. I would think twice before using Tim or this company to do your appraisal.
We hired Tim after seeing all the great recommendations on a neighborhood hub – Nextdoor.com. We are so glad we went with him. Over the years, we had several appraisal services, Tim’s service was exceptional. He was very thorough, professional and personable. He also provided us with meticulous instructions, down to giving us the extra copies and envelopes to mail out the appraisal for tax appeal. We don’t usually do online review, but Tim deserve outstanding for his service.
Tim was very thorough, friendly and efficient in getting an appraisal put together for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area needing a real estate appraisal for a residence.
