Would not recommend this company, I’ve worked with probably close to 30 other companies over the years. We worked with john sundgren at the appraisal group. Very nice man and I would give him 5 stars a person. But appraised a beautifully built out home on 40 acres lakefront against not one lake front property. He chose properties in the middle of nowhere. He did this because the subject property was built out as manufactured home with huge garage and decks. This woman seriously lacks professionalism. She is very rude and doesn't seem to care. She is borderline racist from what I've experienced and I can just imagine how she really feels. Awful person.

Not professional at all ,called the phone number and the lady pick up the phone gave me attitude !!!!
