The absolute worst Appraiser! Do not use this business. Couldn’t be bothered to even return a callback, after several messages. Go somewhere else.
This company rushes the appraisal, and doesn't bother to accurately evaluate your property. Would not recommend if you are looking to sell or refinance!
I have left several messages over two weeks regarding the appraisal and have never received a call back. ??? I would choose someone who will return your call.
