Still waiting on reply
Had more than a week pass from the initial appraisal, spoke to the office over a course of three days regarding the information to follow through with our loan. Each time we spoke to someone from the office they stated that the information would be available that day and nothing would ever come through. EDIT: The owner reached out and gave a few reasons as to why this appraisal took so long. He also apologized for the poor communication on their part.
The attention to detail has been amazing from the team. They are very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. Hands down the best appraisal company I have ever dealt with.
