First thing to note up front is that it feels weird to "review" an appraiser, who has a fiduciary obligation to fairly assess a property. Does 5 stars mean they were fair?? But I'm giving 5 Stars none-the-less here to Renee, specifically. She was good-natured, on time and professional. She wore a mask at all times which I appreciated. They sit on the completed appraisal knowing that you have a pending closing date or rate lock and extort additional money from you. It would be one thing to not know about the timing issue or if they were so busy they couldn't get the appraisal comple... read more
