terrible service, they don't reply to emails or answer phones or return messages, they took twice as long to give me my report than they quoted me and the appraisal came in too low. i had to call them from different numbers to get them to answer the phone. poor attitude as well. working out of their home allows them to charge $100 less than normal appraisers but i can see why i was so unhappy, you get what you pay for with these people.
