The price was good and he was on time for the schedule appointment. That is the only positive feedback I can leave for Allen Robie with Inspection Consultants, Inc. His inspection report came back saying the boiler and heating system was in good condition and up to code. However, even an untrained eye could see the corrosion in the boiler system which needed to be replaced. It was also not up to code which was not mentioned in the inspection report.
