Sam showed up, took very quick photos. He wasn’t near as thorough as I expected. His valuations were very disappointing and could be accurate if it were 5 years ago.

Doesn’t deserve the one star, but I have to put something. The female appraiser was rude and inaccurate in her report. Took 3 1/2 weeks to perform an appraisal for refinancing a home and came in with an appraisal lower than the county has valued the home. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and have let the financial institution who uses them know the same thing. VERY DISSATISFIED!!
Appraisal promised in 2 weeks tookn6 weeks. Sam(appraiser) dodged calls, never returned messages. Finished appraisal photographs are of an unknown property not relative to the actual landbeing appraised. Sam also agreed to return and correct his errors. He never returned. Doesnt deserve the 1 star. FIND ANOTHER APPRAISER. THESE FOLKS COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT INTEGRITY OR QUALITY.
