Terrible company for appraisals. You will be very disappointed. Roger got paid by me the Home owner and completely destroyed the loan by dragging everything out for a long period of time and feeling like he needed to do more than just give an appraisal differently than the last 2 VA recommended appraisers.
Unfortunately appraisal associates does not understand professionalism. Showing up on time, Conduct and making sure the information you put on a government form is correct. These are a few things that anyone should strive for in their business dealings. But for this company it is a hard concept.
This guy likes to do on show and no calls! Would I recommend? What do you think? NO! And you think you can get away with what you did to me and what you will do to someone else? Guess what dude? Here's your pay back!
