This was my husband’s experience in the Hampton Store. He wanted to look at a kayak before he spent $1400 to purchase it. Him and my son were looking forward to doing some fishing before he left for college in the Fall. But this happen— He was told “We aren’t hurting for business and don’t need yours” WHAT??? Not the type of business we want to give our money to. $1400 may not be much to them, but it definitely is to us. We will make sure to purchase from a store that actually appreciates the business.

Ma’am it’s never appropriate for customers to yell over top of and berate our employees for policies that are set for them by our Main store. Your husband was asked to respect our policies and instead yelled and verbally argued with our employee about the policies.
