They don’t know how to prioritize appointments, they have no empathy for patients like they’re predecessor Dr Harvey he was totally human & would definitely see you if you were in pain now the Dr wants to slap a bandaid on it & pass the buck . I was recently misdiagnosed in the Appomattox office I will never go back!
I have to give high marks to this dentistry and Dr. Marion (I hope I spelled that right) this dentist puts up with my nonsense and he tries very hard to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I’m a person that doesn’t like to go to the dentist and they know this, but with my diligence of taking care of my teeth, one cavity sets me off! But they all work very hard to make you comfortable and to make any procedure as painless as possible. They are awesome!!
Dr Franco is the BEST dentist. Not only is he part doctor part artist, his chairside manner is kind and intelligent. We are so lucky to have a dentist of this caliber practicing in a small town. I also want to commend the dental technicians and hygienists and front office staff! Everyone is so kind and caring of each individual patient. I would not hesitate to recommend AFD to anyone. Even if you're afraid or worried,don't be. Simply communicate your needs and dental goals to them and this team will make it happen.
I've been using this practice the past couple of years for routine cleanings but yesterday I had a bona fide dental emergency and was impressed in the speed, professionalism, and heroics in which I was helped. Yes, heroics. They saved the freaking day! After one of my veneers broke over the weekend, I was highly concerned, especially since it had never happened before and left a tooth very vulnerable.
