I started using Appointment Quest back in 2008 when a colleague who was using it for his practice told me about it. I love it. It is a software program that is easy to use. There are many features. AQ has been very responsive to my requests for leniency regarding my payment for their service, given that we were closed for 2 months. They really seemed sympathetic to the financial strain on my business and have helped me out whenever I have asked. I was truly surprised by how accommodating they were. It's nice to have service providers I can trust and that will support me during tough times.
Great appointment scheduler, easy to use and the price was very reasonable compared to other scheduling systems I looked at online. Customer service was very responsive to answer all of my questions.
