Apply Rite roofing charged me around $16,000 for a full roof tear off and replacement. It took them 3 months to finally “finish” our roof, despite the fact there is still holes visible within the flashing. There was trash left all over the site as well which Dustin, has the audacity to state the “flashing and materials left over wasn’t” theirs, whose else could it be Dustin and Nick? Extremely disorganized. We were told the project would take 3-4 days. It ended up taking two weeks. A few very hot days most certainly played a part in this, but we were never updated on a change in time frame until we asked. On the first day of the project, the person who showed up informed us they couldn’t get a crew together so there would not be a full team working.
