I'm surprised this apartment complex has not been run into the ground by the Manager Kathleen! She is not management material treats the tenants like dirt, well unless you are a Police officer, a fireman, a teacher, or other wise recognized individual in the community. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! The last straw for me was the neighbor upstairs had a water leak. So rather than taking care of it correctly they left my apt. soaked. No heat in the winter no air in the summer only half of the pool pump works and 25 mexicans in ever 2 bedroom apartment on site the security gate never works and to top it off on site security could not stop thieves from taking all four of my friends rims and tires off his car and they sat it on one log great place
I have lived here at this complex for 5years and it used to be great; Resident functions, friendly staff, savings or promotions on units. But, until recently; I have seen how stingy the staff and perhaps the company have become. Unlike, other apartment complexs who welcome thier residents with treats and goodies they are now only for the "prospectors." I've never seen anything like this place. The management team here sucks. They come into your apartment without sending around notices. The police are always being called because there is so much crime going on: car break-ins, car tags being stolen, fights, extremely noisy. When you first move in they don't tell you that your water bill will be separate from your MLGW bill. I'm use to that but they don't give you any type of warning and it's a whopping additional $30.
