Leonard's has 65 physical locations across 5 different states. 59 are Retail locations. Leonard purchased the Zultys MX-E Phone System from ATI 3 years ago and we have been very pleased with the install, hardware, software and most of all the continued Technical Support that they provide. We have over 400 VoIP devices connected to the Phone System with over 250 end-users. If you are thinking about switching over to VoIP then you have found the right Team. 10 stars for ATI!
ATI has installed two Zultys VOIP systems for our agency and we couldn't be more please with their professionalism, as well as the product. They did an excellent job of listening to our needs, and designing systems to meet those needs, and both implementations went off without a problem. The training they provided staff was very comprehensive, and they very responsive if we have any issue. I would highly recommend ATI to any government agency or non-profit that needs phone services.
Applied Telecom has been our Telephony and cabling vendor for 15yrs. We have bought our last two phone systems from ATI. Ross and his team always deliver the best service and products at a great price. We have 5 locations across the Southeast (NC, SC, and TN).
