Waqas Syed (called him Wicks) is a patient and welcoming man. I moved from San Jose to Elk Grove, so this was my first time filing my taxes to him here in Elk Grove. My experience with him here is really smooth. I had a lot of paperwork submitted to him (from property taxes to brokerage accounts), Wicks provided a thorough explanation of all my income statements and how much I would be receiving back after the taxes. So far, I like his service he provides. Highly recommend going to him.
