Extreme road rage incident with one of your drivers; vehicle plate # BK69350, driver has a beard. Happened at HWY 404 & Green Lane on March 27th at 5:15PM Driver was aggressively tailgating and weaving in and out of lanes. He ended up laying on the horn for close to a minute straight after he had a failed lane merge attempt. I would highly recommend that you train him on proper etiquette for driving a business vehicle with your company name on it, and possibly even some anger management classes.
While the service provided by customer agent (Thomas) has been amazing (only reason for two stars). The customer service provided by senior company staff has been beyond poor. We have been repeatedly promised (multiple times over numerous months) quotes, service you name it only to be ignored or actively avoided.
