I was shocked at how well this worked. My hips have been crooked for years and I’m in physical therapy. As a physical therapist I know the body very well. I am amazed at how well Dena knows the body... So well! She knows where each muscle origin and insertion is, how the facia takes longer to release.. Amanda is a very intuitive therapist. I came in with an extremely tight psoas. So tight that my entire nervous system was affected and I had a difficult time breathing. She used a very direct approach to release it, and although it was intense, it worked.
