Dena changed my life. I was on the verge of quitting running because of the pain it caused. She was able to get me right within a couple sessions, which was over 2 years ago. I set an appointment every few weeks and I've been running over 25 miles a week ever since. Also, Dena has trained her staff to duplicate her great work! Thank you Dena and team!

Dena gave me the best therapeutic massage of my life. She knew exactly what my body needed after I told her I was also a massage therapist. The way she is so intuitive and intentional during the session blew me away. I definitely had to breathe and and laugh through some of the session but it was worth it. I am locked in for life with Applied Pressure!
