I had concerns and questions about a spider issue in my home. Instead of trying to make a lot of money off of my panic, he advised me that I was doing everything I should. He appreciated that I had done my own research to rid ourselves of the awful creatures. He told me how to protect myself and shared safety concerns that he would have. He even wanted to make sure that I was using the correct product. I will recommend this young man to anyone in need of an exterminator. 5 stars plus
