I actually just applied for this company. After reading these reviews, no thank you. When people read reviews they must do it objectively. I tried my hardest to be objective about these comments that former employees made. They all seem to align with one another and when people shop for goods and services, checking the reviews to see what people say is one of the best ways to find out whether a company is a good one or not. I was stranded trying to find the building for an interview and burned so much gas and they didn’t want to reschedule me or even have some type of sympathy for me. The email instructions on how to get there was ridiculous. Will not recommend this this company to no one I know ☺️

Absolutely no room for advancement. The company boasts a hire from within culture that falls flat on it's face. You can work your fingers to the bone for these people and they will tell you to your face you're overpaid and undervalued. You can and will work for more than a year without any wage increases. You aren't promoted for your work ethic. Second and third shift pretty much don't do anything, so first shift? Don't stress. You're not getting anywhere by doing more than anyone else, remember that.
