This place has gone So Far downhill.. No stock to speak of like pre CoViD, terrible complacency poor communication and follow-up. Ordered parts, promised inn2 days, arrived partially on the 3rd day because some of the shipped parts were picked/pulled, but not verified correct before shipment. Then the order supposedly was to arrive on Friday (Good Friday) got one call around 7a.m., informing me that they Should be arriving around 10a.m., and would receive another, confirmed arrival, call when it happens. Never got that call.... read more

A great company all together. They are very professional, efficient, and affordable. I appreciate how Applied hastily found the hydraulic pump we needed in order to get our drilling equipment repaired and moving ASAP.
