This office is run extremely unprofessionally. They list appointments times aren’t available, as well as claim to accept insurance that they don’t. For me, they waited until 22 minutes before my appointment, when I was only 10 minutes away from the office, to inform me that my insurance wasn’t in-network. When I asked to speak to the doctor, they refused to allow me to and the office administrator actually hung up on me. It felt unethical and like a money grab.
