My sister requires IV infusion of antibiotics on a strict schedule. So far they have missed/ignored two sessions with no explanation and are next to impossible to reach via phone. Not happy with such shoddy attention to something this important.
My husband and I are blown away by the services we’ve received so far. Jennifer is the best RN I’ve ever encountered in my life. She was thorough, patient, and went above and beyond what she should’ve done for my husband. The physical therapist Jeff was also rock solid. You can’t go wrong choosing this agency.
Applied has provided care for me for a year and have been great. The Aide really helps with my bathing, the Nurse sets up my medications and helps me with my refills, the Physical Therapist works my legs for mobility and strength. I do not have to pay anything they accept my medicare. They are all a godsend.
They care for my dad and did a great job
