I contacted AEI in August to replace an inverter. The service person Dan ordered the inverter from the manufacturer. Early October he told me that he received inverter from the manufacture. I then asked Dan to diagnose a second inverter that was not producing power and he told me he would look into it. Late October, after not hearing back, I contacted Dan to schedule both inverter replacements and he told me that he forgot to diagnose and order the second inverter. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. I have a high efficiency tankless water heater and they went above and beyond during a routine maintenance call. They too the time to explain everything and showed me different settings to get even better performance out of my investment. Also, I live in in Lakeville and there were no issues with timely arrival and service.
These guys were AMAZING. Straightforward, honest, thorough, responsive, careful, and they saved me thousands of dollars. A pleasure to work with from start to finish. I have an old house with radiator heat, they fixed everything up and did a wonderful job.
After many plumbers turning me down, I found Dustin with AEI to be immediately helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to get creative when it came to my "unique" plumbing situation and my desire for a tankless water heater. Scheduling was simple and quick. The installers, Dave and Eddie, were prompt and friendly, and I am very happy with the quality of their work. I'm loving the square footage I've gained in my little utility room with my tankless, and anyone considering an installation should definitely call AEI.
AEI was subcontracted to install the ventilation duct for a bathroom fan in my home. The guys that did the work were courteous and professional and despite winter weather and snow on my somewhat treacherous roof, they got the job done quickly and without unnecessary disruption to my home.
