These guys are the best in the area! I went to every tech store in San Rafael comparing prices and they had the best deal. Not only that, but they went above and beyond in their service for my laptop, giving me better quality products then what I paid. My laptop has been working great for months now and I will be going back for any further issues.
This is the best place to take a computer in Marin. I had a difficult issue with altering my computer's Memory (RAM), and they were able to resolve it within 10 minutes at a fair and affordable price. I've taken my computer other places nearby for simular issues, have had the computer taken away for multiple days, and then was rung up a major bill. The folks at Applied Computer are experts who provide honesf, reliable services. Thank you!! 10/10 recommendation.
A year and a half of spontaneous, unexplained restarts on a high-end, custom gaming desktop. Two hours of troubleshooting with Claude Code: one of my CPU cores was bad. I purchased a new CPU and cooling paste, called Applied Computer, brought it in that day, and had it back a few hours later with the new CPU installed. The machine has been working well (without any of those old restarts!) for almost two weeks now. Friendly service with capable execution.
Amazing service, very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.
