Gil Bennett is a wonderful technician. He always replies quickly either by phone or in person. He quickly diagnoses the problem and then fixes it or orders the part. If a part needs to be ordered he is back as soon as it arrives. He also always cleans up which is important since these are messy machines!
Very friendly, great to work with and for. Very honest and transparent company. The reps and technicians are well trained. The owners are hands on and know what is going on with their customers and employees. If you want quality service and equipment, call ABC.
