Getting orthotics I NEVER needed from Fred was the worst thing that ever happened in my life. You likely need foot strengthening exercises because if you wear orthotics too long your foot muscles will get weaker and you'll have more problems! They don't tell you that.
Life changing for my dog! She can run and play normally. Her limping and pain has stopped. Personality has returned. Saved thousands in surgery!!

I have had my Applied Biomechanics custom ACL/PCL knee brace for a month, enough time for me to assess it's efficacy. It is my 3rd custom knee brace, and it is a life changer. Much more supportive than my other braces, I have way more confidence, less pain, and I now walk better than I have for 30 years since an accident.
