Absolutely a terrible experience it should not take that long to asses a child and have them scheduled for a therapist. There unnecessary assessment where they drag it out until you are exhausted!!!
They don't pay you for being on work-related calls, they don't offer training prior/during home visits, and say they pay for mileage but don't cover a 50-minute drive with tolls? On the surface they are "nice" but nice doesn't pay my bills, and the amount of work required for a start pay of $18 OR $22 is not worth it. I was at first told diapering would be a part of my responsibilities, but then they don't tell you how they will legally protect you if something goes bad? Do not sign your child up for their services extremely unprofessional left my kid on the school bus for over an hour because the provider called out so they didn’t answer the phone because weren’t going to let him in and I’ve had enough. The person running the facility just ignored our and the bus drivers phone calls screw these people
They steal, Noone knows what's going on. Terrible Terrible company.
