Avoid this place if you are looking for in-home therapy. They could not find a single decent RBT for us for over a year. The ones they did send were either poorly trained or would just sit there scrolling on their phones. Very disorganized business.
I recently submitted an inquiry with Applied ABC regarding services for my daughter. After speaking with an intake specialist over the phone, I was told I would receive a follow-up call with an update on availability for their summer camp. Instead, I received a random text message stating that they do not have “appropriate staff available to provide the level of care your child deserves.” There was no context, no explanation, and not even an indication of who the message was from. I really like the place and the staff! My son Jose is happy there, Connie and Veronica are very kind and friendly! We'll be there for a long time.
