Lighting we purchased 5 years ago is great, BUT needed a repair last week and the serviceman did not show. This company is absolutely TERRIBLE, the customer service TERRIBLE. The day of my appointment, which was March 12th…never received a call saying they were not coming. Don’t use them. Called for a technician they called to confirm appt then never showed. My wife was there waiting. Rescheduled and again never showed and didn’t call so don’t waste your time.
I have two appliances under warranty that they’re supposed to fix. I placed the call Nov 5. My dryer doesn’t heat and door to stove. They have part for my dryer and stated they wouldn’t come out until the door come bc it’s convenient for his workers and that that’s what he get paid to do. I wasn’t rude but he was.
