Extremely disappointing experience with Applico Appliance & Lighting. Frigidaire sent Applico to my home as an authorized service provider to perform warranty work on my dishwasher. During the service visit on June 8, their technician damaged the water supply line, which resulted in us having to shut off the water to our entire home to prevent further problems. Great service
I would like to thank Michael for coming to fix my whirlpool washer today. Even though he came after the appointment time I waited and glad I did. He fix my washer on the first visit something S&S appliance couldn't do within two visits and they thought I was going to let them come out a third time, No No. Thanks again Michael with Applico Appliance. Hoping I have your name right but you know who you are.
They are trying to be appliance repair technicians ordered parts and didn’t even fix the issues tried to say it was left out in the elements and it rusted they where called because it had a leak and would not spin doesn’t leak but won’t spin the guy may need to find a new career if anyone else has had issues let us know they also don’t respond well to text messages I’ll be calling the warranty department that my washer is under to tell them what Applico has done they need to be stopped
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. On December 10, 2025, a technician came out to diagnose our washing machine. After the diagnosis, we prepaid for both the parts and labor that same day. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a nearly six-month ordeal filled with poor communication and broken promises.
