Great service
I would like to thank Michael for coming to fix my whirlpool washer today. Even though he came after the appointment time I waited and glad I did. He fix my washer on the first visit something S&S appliance couldn't do within two visits and they thought I was going to let them come out a third time, No No. Thanks again Michael with Applico Appliance. Hoping I have your name right but you know who you are.
They are trying to be appliance repair technicians ordered parts and didn’t even fix the issues tried to say it was left out in the elements and it rusted they where called because it had a leak and would not spin doesn’t leak but won’t spin the guy may need to find a new career if anyone else has had issues let us know they also don’t respond well to text messages I’ll be calling the warranty department that my washer is under to tell them what Applico has done they need to be stopped
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. On December 10, 2025, a technician came out to diagnose our washing machine. After the diagnosis, we prepaid for both the parts and labor that same day. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a nearly six-month ordeal filled with poor communication and broken promises. Applico is the designated service provider for Whirlpool in my area for and this is who they picked to repair my defective clothes washer. Whirlpool told me that Applico would reach out to schedule the service call. Two weeks later, when I hadn’t heard anything, I began trying to call Applico directly. They rarely answered their phone, and when they did answer, they could never give me any sort of update. I would just be told that someone would check on the order and contact me.
