We purchased a GE Monogram range hood that was damaged, but sold as new. Passed us off to GE which pushed us back to the seller. After a lot of back and forth we found a company to repair the hood at our expense. Both GE and Applico would not stand behind their sale. Buyer beware with both companies..

i've been suppose to have a tech come out 4 times and yet to have them show up. They only stay in business cause big companies pay a fee.

We purchased a GE Monogram range hood that was damaged, but sold as new. Passed us off to GE which pushed us back to the seller. I would like to retract this as the seller worked with GE to get the damaged hood replaced. Thank you

I’m leaving this 1-star review because of the unprofessional behavior I received from the owner on Friday, November 21, 2025. I had a service appointment to get my washer checked out( I booked through the Whirlpool online portal). Accidentally, I selected the wrong address, so I take total accountability for that. I proceeded to call the company to explain what happened and to see if I could still get serviced( My appointment was from 3-5. These people have terrible customer service we were told our parts had came in two weeks ago, but they never came and fixed our dryer and then when we were Given an appointment time by Maytag and when we called This place we were told we weren’t on the schedule. This person then proceeded to curse at my husband about the appointment, not being on his schedule!!
