Wish I could give this Zero stars this place I'm applying to volunteer for had me use this for a background check. Never heard of it I always use livescan and never failed one in my life. ( I've always used livescan) Then I get an email I failed and here's why? FOR A DRIVING RECORD I NEVER HAD!!! So I call to dispute and the lady (Joanna) was so rude should have gotten a copy of the record. Worst experience ever with a background check. The website is so old and out of date, does not save information properly, clicking a button on the screen will give you a different result then what the button said it would do, short "time out" periods making it so you can not race fast enough to get everything entered. And after all of that, it will freeze up, error out, of just kick you out, not saving ANY of the work you have done and forcing you to start over from the beginning. If I could’ve given this company a negative rating I would. This company ran my background and reported another persons case on my report. They responded to me disputing the charge and said that I had to do the foot myself to disprove this chageg
