Worst experience ever with a background check. The website is so old and out of date, does not save information properly, clicking a button on the screen will give you a different result then what the button said it would do, short "time out" periods making it so you can not race fast enough to get everything entered. And after all of that, it will freeze up, error out, of just kick you out, not saving ANY of the work you have done and forcing you to start over from the beginning. If I could’ve given this company a negative rating I would. This company ran my background and reported another persons case on my report. They responded to me disputing the charge and said that I had to do the foot myself to disprove this chageg
As a clinic owner who has extended credit to Ainsight for drug testing, we will never service them again unless it is COD. They do not pay their bills and if you attempt to contact them you get voicemail with no return calls.
