Went in today to see about getting a new dryer since mine quit working yesterday. Julio asked me the problem told me two things to try to fix it myself. Gave him a very skeptical look but I did as he said. Turns out it was the fuse. A $20 part that my son and I changed out ourselves. I highly recommend them. They didn’t try to make me pay for a repairman to come by OR try to sell me a new dryer which I had planned to do. They are a great small business that is 5 stars. They sell new and used appliances. We bought all the kitchen appliances for our new home from Jeremy at Appliances of Orlando. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He helped us through the process of choosing the right appliances for our needs and had better pricing than anywhere else we checked. I have used them for years. They always are very friendly and helpful. My dryer quit working the other day so I went in there today expecting to buy a new dryer. I explained the problem and instead of trying to push me to buy a new one they told me what the problem might be. Turns out they were right it was just a simple switch. They told me there were videos on YouTube on how to replace the switch and I did. They saved me hundreds of dollars of either repair fees or buying a new dryer. Thanks guys you are great ! My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at Appliance of Orlando. The owner was very helpful, didn't try to up-sell us anything and helped troubleshoot a problem on a washer we were looking to fix. If we need a new appliance, we will definitely go here to get it. Customer service is worth every penny!

Great people to work with and know how to treat customers! One of the few Speed Queen dealers that sell residential pieces. I drove past two other dealers because of the customers service!
