The person working there is very rude and don't know how to talk to customer. I brought my blender to get checked and still after 2 weeks haven't heard back from them even I gave my deposit so I end up picking it up and still didn't get refund. When I inquire after 2 week about it. I was told we are still waiting for part price or you can pickup and get it fix somewhere else. Very bad experience.
Brought my pristine Kitchen Aid stand mixer in for lubrication. I picked it up today, brought it home and plugged it in. Blam! Big spark and puff of smoke out the rear of the mixer head. The back is covered in black soot -- the fool technician must have shorted the power leads! Total incompetence! Wish I'd read the reviews. Their 3.2 score means 64% of the work they do is ok, the other 36% comes out like mine. STAY AWAY!
Deje mi power washer hace 4 meses y aun no la areglan dicen q mandaron la pieza y no les lelga de regreso pero ya eso fue hace 4 meses, la verdad buscare como llevarlos a alguna corte y recuperar mi dinero perdido en espera y en trabajo perdido por culpa de ellos !!!!! Todas veces difen que me llamaran y nunca me llaman !! 4 meses esperando 4 meses
