Awesome, Superb Customer Service! Five Star PLUS! We live overseas and needed dishwasher repair on our rental house. Called Jack and got an immediate response. Went and evaluated problem, ordered part, made a temporary fix until part arrived. Installed new part and communicated with us via text messages the whole process! Had a dishwasher problem and Jack was out same day and fixed it. Terrific service. Very knowledgeable.
Called Jack, he was here in less than 30 minutes. He not only fixed my emergency with my washer, but cleaned up the oil it leaked and was out of here in an hour. And I still have money for the grocery store! Jack had made an impression on me when he came to check on another appliance through AHS. He will definitely be my "go to" guy from now on!
