My *******refrigerator ice maker stopped working. Called **** ***** to start the claim. Heard from Irina from Appliance Works LLC just two days later. I also got an email to get it started. She got my information and ordered the parts immediately and I was setup with an appointment barely a week later. Communication was perfect. We have a ******* ***Range that was almost at the end of our extended warranty. One of the burners, along with the fans in the convection ovens quit working properly within a few days of each other. I called our warranty service and Appliance Works contacted me and set up a time within a day. Keep in mind, you will be contacted by email. Appliance Works provided repairs to my 2 year old *******refrigerator's ice maker under a warranty repair. They had to order the parts before scheduling the appointment and communicated with me every step of the way. Once scheduled, the representative was on time, knew exactly what to do, and got it done within 45 minutes, replacing several parts in the process. The service that they provided for us was very good. We had a warranty to cover our ice maker that failed after only 1 year and 2 weeks from the time we purchased the brand new refrigerator. Technician was late arriving; however, I received a phone call and approved the new time. Once he arrived, he knew the ice maker failed and had to order a new one.
