Same place as Appliance Wizard of Aloha. Same review... Explained my wall oven lower heating ellement had gone out. They asked for the make and model so they could bring out the replacement element when the tech came out and not waste time ordering later. I found the manual and gave them the exact model number. Tech arrived the next day, tested ellement and said it was bad, which I already knew, then looked it up and said it was not available. Charged me $60 for the visit even though I complained. I called to schedule an appointment to fix my refrigerator. I talked about the symptoms a little bit and was told that it was the compressor and that it wasn't cost effective to fix it. I appreciate them for realizing the situation and not taking my money when the problem was clear.
