I had never bought a used appliance before, but when my 83 year old father was moving to Tallahassee and needed a washer a drier I decided to try Appliance Mart out. I am so glad I did. Kafui was who greeted me, and he answered all of my questions as I settled in on what set to buy. He was very helpful and friendly. He made the whole process easy and got me set up with delivery the very next day!
My daughter Astrid and her companies have been shopping at this second-hand appliance store for years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The selection is always fantastic, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the appliances is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help, especially Kafui, who provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality appliances at great prices.

Last year my dryer quit for good. The laundromat got old real quick. New pricing was not in my budget. Appliance Mart to the rescue and my dryer still runs great! Great place to shop for used appliances. I had an issue with the dryer. It was resolved so professionally - quickly, courteously and efficiently. They gave me options and worked around my specific issue (my mom has Alzheimer’s and gets very agitated when people come to the house). Definitely will shop there again. 😊
