I have bought many appliances from these folks. I have a Matag Maxima X washing machine I bought from them. This is a $1300 machine. Today it pulled a code that would not clear. I called them up and they told me they would not be able to get to me for 12 days. I have clothes locked and wet in this machine. This is totally unacceptable! I will not be buying anything from them in the future and I suggest that anyone reading this goes somewhere else to buy your appliances. Years ago they were the best.
