We took in a small ice machine over a month ago to be repaired! After not hearing ANYTHING from these people for over a month-decided to call them! They said,"yes, it's ready and we fixed a leak" on it! They had taken a "DEPOSIT" of $69.97 when I dropped it off, and wanted an additional $63.05 before I could pick it up!? I wanted to know "what was done to my machine", before I paid for it, and wanted to see what they had done! They wouldn't tell me! My washer was leaking on the spin cycle. The repair man came out and found a tear on my washer door seal. He fixed the torn door seal on my washer. Reasonable price. Will highly recommend this company.
These people are beyond uprofessional. They interrupt you, they hang up on you. They have amnesia. They do not communicate effectively, they do not follow through on their word. They adhere to the policy that the customer is always wrong. They mocked me when I mentioned how poor their reviews are on google, and that they were headed right for another bad review...they obviously don't care about their google reviews.
