The owner who is the tech as well, is rude to deal with. He came out to service my washing machine, met my husband did some type of adjustments, but also ordered a part for the washing machine (at least that is what he said) Calls to ask if the adjustments worked, and I said nope that it is still leaking and I have a towel under it that is soaked.
