The owner who is the tech as well, is rude to deal with. He came out to service my washing machine, met my husband did some type of adjustments, but also ordered a part for the washing machine (at least that is what he said) Calls to ask if the adjustments worked, and I said nope that it is still leaking and I have a towel under it that is soaked. Issue with refrigerator. Tech came out to fix freezer knob. Did not fix. He charged my warranty company for the part and did not fix it I have a warranty on my new ********* refrigerator. Having problems with the freezer getting ice build up. ********* sent out Appliance Solution tech AJ D. on. August 17, 2020. He had been here previously and my boyfriend mentioned that the adjustment made to the door left a gap. Business response:
Door was left open causing the warm air to get on from to much food inside of freezer. During the pandemic freezers are packed full and this is happening a lot. IF the door is left open (no door alarm) it'll cause snow like frost inside freezer. That's the ONLY way that can happen. We defrosted all ice once and that's (not covered) under warranty. We tried to help you out when that was an operator issue. Not ********* warranty issue. Sorry you lost food. Good luck in future. God Bless.
