I have a Bosch dishwasher which is difficult to find someone knowledgeable about Bosch appliances. This company is the best ever. They responded quickly to set up an appointment, Ricardo the technician was on time, knowledgeable, honest in his assessment of the problem. He ordered our part and returned to place it in but it was broken. Ricardo patiently reordered the motor and assured me he would check the motor at his shop to make sure it was functioning properly.
