Deceptive charge for service and/or labor charges on repair call. Gives you a charge amount of $89.95 over the phone. The repair person shows up for appointment, spends 15 minutes on the machine and hands you a bill for $150.00. ( minimum hour labor charge). This was never discussed at the time of booking the appointment. The repair man made a big deal about waiving the $89.95 fee to charge me $150.00???? Very bad business practice, unethical and just a rip off.

incompetent - does not follow up - they were recommended to us by a manufacturer for a warrantee replacement. A horrible experience. After 5 days of controversry I finally called back the manufacturer, Rheem and they very kindly found a 'reputable' company. They offered to do this yesterday but I thought I'd give All Appliance another day. What a joke.

We will never shop Albert Lee Appliances again nor recommend them to anyone. We purchased a new GE Profile Refrigerator, which cost over $2000.00 last Oct. It was purchased for our new home we were building. However, when our home was finished (about 2.5 weeks ago) we plugged our refrigerator for the first time and went shopping the next day. Horrible! they not only are incompetent according to other reviews....they lie and cheat...i had a washing machine that wasnt working right called them they charge $89.95 non refundable estimate but apply to final bill...their estimate was for 4 shocks...$22/each on line and they wanted $371 to installTHEN looking for alternatives i find out the machine is under recall...i should have totally free service! I called Appliance service company out to fix my they showed up on time and were very helpful in telling me what I needed to repair and what didn't need to repair. I had 3 other company's out before them who all told me I needed to replace unit and all my duct work. The office was very nice and professional setting up the call after walking me through a few things to try before setting up the call to save me money.
