I scheduled someone to come out to look at our fridge, which had stopped cooling. There is a standard charge to have a service person come out & find out what’s not working. (Time & Labor; Happy to pay). Travis showed up on time, very cordial. We talked about the issue & he got down to work. He said our compressor was one of the best in the business & thought it might be a simpler issue. He found the starter had gone out so he replaced it & our fridge started cooling immediately. Wow! Wow! Wow!! I walked into my kitchen yesterday morning to make my first cup of coffee, only to discover a huge puddle of water! My refrigerator had failed allowing everything to defrost in the freezer creating a mess everywhere. I called to see how soon a technician could get to my house. Travis squeezed me into his schedule just a few hours later, had the exact part I needed, replaced it in a jiffy, and even replaced my light bulb for me. Worst service experience in my life, and since I have rentals with appliances I've had many over my 40 years managing them. Condescending tech/owner Travis was rude and as unhelpful as one can get. Came out for a factory warranty service on our fridge that is freezing food in every shelf, and told us AND THE FACTORY that this is normal operation for a new refrigerator.
