I have an “account” with ASP / Oncourse through my utility company for the appliance protection plan. With that, I recently attempted to make a claim for my broken furnace. Each time I spoke to a representative, they claimed they could not help me due to an active balance on my account. I called my utility company to have them then tell me there is “No active balance and there is no reason Oncourse should be asking me for money over the phone”. Ed is terrible.
They have so bad service I’ve calling them since last Saturday and they always promised to come as soon as possible but they are lying the whole time .
I had an issue with my dishwasher, they sent a technician out and he stayed for 30 minutes, did not let the dishwasher complete before leaving and the problem still remained. Called the tech back he said maybe I needed a new dishwasher. The service plan sent another repair company, they found the issue, repaired it however the problem still remained but not as bad as it was before the repair.
