Ed is terrible.
They have so bad service I’ve calling them since last Saturday and they always promised to come as soon as possible but they are lying the whole time .
I had an issue with my dishwasher, they sent a technician out and he stayed for 30 minutes, did not let the dishwasher complete before leaving and the problem still remained. Called the tech back he said maybe I needed a new dishwasher. The service plan sent another repair company, they found the issue, repaired it however the problem still remained but not as bad as it was before the repair. This is a scam. We’ve never signed up for this service!!! They don’t even have a copy of our agreement. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT COMING SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
