I give Zero stars!! Horrible customer service. Carlos is rude, and found every excuse not to do the work. We were given window of 10-5pm which is insane. He never showed up and then calls at 6:30pm and says he will be on site in 15 mins. We say we are on our way back home and he tells us he’s not waiting more than 10 mins for us. DO NOT USE this company! Technician came to my place 2 times to do the fridge survey and told me that ¨it was necessary to replace the compressor and 2 sensors¨ (LIE) with a cost of 6k. Since I was not sure about this outcome, I double checked with another company and immediately told me that it was just a minor problem related with the "fluid evaporation" ($600).
